Although we do not specialize in emergency relief, from time to time, SD Canada responds to a global emergency. In 2018 we provided support to victims of the tsunami in Palu, Indonesia, and in 2023 $2,817 went to our Ukraine Fund as part of an earmarked donation. In cases of emergency relief, SD Canada identifies a reliable local non-profit agency to work with.
